These terms apply to all services offered via autova.ch, including browsing, searching listings, submitting enquiries, and managing used car dealer accounts.

Conflicting terms from used car dealers or users only apply if confirmed in writing by Autova.

Autova operates a curated directory focused on Swiss automotive businesses, displaying profile data, contact options, statistics, and editorial content.

We may adapt, expand, or discontinue individual features at any time to improve quality or comply with regulations.

Used car dealers can request an account to manage their profile. Autova reviews each application and may request supporting evidence before activation.

Account credentials must be kept confidential. Used car dealers remain responsible for all actions performed through their access.

Used car dealers guarantee that all information supplied (text, images, prices, certifications) is accurate, lawful, and kept up to date.

Autova may edit or temporarily hide content that is misleading, infringes third-party rights, or conflicts with Swiss advertising standards.

Basic directory access for visitors is free of charge. Paid upgrades for used car dealers are outlined in separate commercial offers.

Invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payment may result in interest charges and temporary deactivation of premium features.

Visitors agree not to misuse contact details for unsolicited messaging, scraping, or competitive monitoring without consent.

Automated access (bots, crawlers) requires prior written approval unless mandated by search engine standards (robots.txt).

Autova verifies listings with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of third-party data.

We are liable only for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Any further liability, especially for lost profits, is excluded where legally permissible.

We do not assume warranty for the services offered by listed used car dealers. Contracts arising between visitors and used car dealers are concluded directly between those parties.

Used car dealers may terminate paid services with 30 days’ notice to the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise agreed.

Autova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if legal violations, misuse, or non-payment occur.

We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect.

Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, provided no mandatory consumer venue applies.
